Make a booking!

We can be booked for individual, custom-tailored workshops and consultations. Our philosophy is to work with the practical principles that can be immediately applied and tried, be it about the very basics or advanced skills. Take a tour of our the latest workshops and be inspired to request your own.

Experiential learning in our lighting workshops

Our approach is a fusion of Johanna’s lighting know-how and Tom’s practical training experience. What we make our participants go through is called is an experiential learning process. The main product that we offer is a designer’s perspective to lighting, bringing the participants an understanding of the basics and giving insight on the design aspects – how light looks and works and what can you ask or expect from it. We are helping creative professionals be fluent in using lighting in their work, regardless of their technical or electrical skills and knowledge.

A workshop exactly like you need it.

Although principles of lighting are similar across different fields, everyone knows that the key to successful workshop is a focused and interested group of participants. So we have found it practical to design workshops focused on specific contexts of lighting. Be it stage lighting, interior design, public space installations – our workshops can be easily customised to your needs depending on time and budget available, be it a one-day crash course or a week long workshop series, so contact us for a specific quote!

Consultations

If good advice is all you need, let us know of your project. We will give you a professional online consultation on all light-related issues. Whether you want to change your interior lighting, buy a set of lights for your drama class or simply a second opinion on your project, we can help. We will talk you through the details of technology and design so you will know how to proceed in practice. This can happen via email or video conference. Be aware that we are in the CET (GMT+1) time zone.

Usually, most questions can be solved with an hour of active work input. We will charge you a fair and affordable price of 30€ for that. If your question is more complicated and needs more attention, we’ll let you know before we start to agree on the price. If we are not able to help you in any way, you will not be charged.

Please get in touch with us for specifications, we will reply to you within 24 hours.
